We offer telephone or in-office consultations.  The "General Client Information Questionnaire" form below must be completed before your scheduled consultation.  If you are scheduling a consultation for mediation then you and your spouse/partner must both fill out the "Mediation Questionare" below. Please answer all questions as completely as possible.  Our fee for consultations is $450 per hour, pro-rated for the amount of time spent.  All consultations must be paid by cash, ATM or credit card, unless we are retained at the consultation, in which case personal checks are accepted.  Telephone consultations must be paid in advance by credit card.  Retainer fees cannot be quoted over the phone, because the initial retainer varies depending on the complexity of your case.

What to bring to your consultation:

∙ Completed Client Information Questionnaire (link found below, please print and fill out);

∙ Most recent tax return and pay statements for you and the other party if there will be support

   issues involved;

∙ Any court documents you have already received from the other party, and/or any court

   documents which have already been filed on your behalf;

∙ If you are seeking or opposing a modification of custody or support orders, make sure to

   bring a copy of the current order and any/all custody mediation reports or evaluations;

∙ If you are beginning a dissolution or legal separation, it is a good idea to have a general

   idea of your assets and liabilities.
